Built in 2006, the owners fell in love with the openness of the family room to the kitchen, but also embraced the formal living room for the adults to entertain.
Note the large kitchen island is moveable and adds versatility to the room, and while in the kitchen take a peek at the pantry.
The owner is a Home Interior Decorator and has enjoyed decorating her new home. One of her favourite spost is the landing, halfway up the stairs, wher she can sit and enjoy a quiet moment.
