Located on the main street in New Hamburg, this home was built in 1890 in the late-Italianate style.
Over the years it has been owned by a storekeeper and, at one time, took in boarders, housing two families of four parents and eighteen children, all living under one roof.
In 1986 it became a bed and breakfast called The Black Walnut Inn, named after a dozen or so Black Walnut trees on the property.
Ann and Bill have spent the last 15 years enjoying renovations to their home and some quirky finds. |
